Hypnotherapy
Hypnosis enables you to feel the personal empowerment of using your free agency to design & create your thoughts and actions towards a healthier lifestyle. Each of us come into life with a liahona, a navigation device, allowing us to choose our path and perceptions. This is called free agency, the ability to make choice. It allows you to choose who you are, what you do, and what you become. We can choose positive perceptions and learn from our experiences. Hypnosis can help to create healthy living through self–support. For example, you may want to stop an unhealthy habit, or create a new healthy habit.
Private Hypnotherapy sessions offered by Holmes Health will help you to understand what hypnosis is, and how it can help you individually. Hypnotherapy sessions can be for small groups or individuals, and will be conducted in a private confidential environment. Your sessions will include a step-by-step process of progressive relaxation, including guided imagery, specific personalized affirmations, and suggestions for creating and maintaining desired goals. Self-Hypnosis will be emphasized in each session to allow you continual support after leaving your session.
Aromatic essential oils may be used at your discretion.
Tape recording of sessions is allowed, but not provided.

Self-Hypnosis: The Art of Positive Change & Self-Support
This is a hands-on workshop, where you will be engaged in learning and experiencing Self-Hypnosis for mental & physical health. All workshops will teach you to understand hypnosis, when and why to apply it, and techniques for creating and benefiting from the state of hypnosis. Enrichment activities will take place giving you confidence in your new techniques, and allowing you to be more effective when you leave. This workshop is great for organizations, professionals, or families. Specific topics can be requested.
