Nutritional Consult / Microscopy - Live & Dry Blood Assessment using a high-powered microscope as a tool to assess one's individual biochemistry and internal health, allowing specific nutritional application according to your specific needs. A nutritional consultation will also include a review of your current lifestyle. According to the blood assessment and the consultation, you and I will create a three-month plan that you take home as homework to implement changes for better health. This three-month plan could consist of changes in lifestyle as well as specific macro and micronutritional changes. Consultation may take as long a 1 ½ hours. $110.00

Follow-up Blood Assessment

This consultation takes place one, two, or three months after your first appointment. This allows us to adapt your nutritional needs as your body changes, and refine your plan of action towards better health. Consultation may take as long as 1 hour. $85.00

Nutritional Counseling

An opportunity for you and I to have a one-on-one conversation with the purpose of refining your nutritional habits, including supplementation. Group Self-Hypnosis Workshop

"The Art of Self-Support & Positive Change". This is a two-day, two hours per day workshop which teaches you all about selfhypnosis and how to use it to meet your goals. This workshop is not required but highly recommended before private hypnotherapy sessions. $45.00

Lymphatic Drainage
